By subscribing to and using SwipeAds, you agree to these terms.

1. What it is

SwipeAds is a browser extension that adds filters, organization and downloading of public creatives displayed in the Meta Ad Library.

2. Subscription and payment

Access is via a recurring subscription, processed by Hotmart.
There is a 30-day guarantee: within that period you can request a full refund through Hotmart.
You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the period already paid.
In case of cancellation, refund or chargeback, access is revoked.

3. License and devices

The license is personal and non-transferable, valid for 1 device per subscription. Sharing, reselling or distributing the access key is prohibited.

4. Proper use

The tool accesses only public data from the Meta Ad Library.
You are solely responsible for how you use the downloaded creatives, including respecting copyright and the policies of Meta and third parties.
Using the tool for illegal purposes is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

SwipeAds is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. The tool is provided as is; since the Ad Library can change at any time, temporary outages may occur, which we work to fix as soon as possible.
